Cristina and its history

Once upon a time there were two machines, now, on the premises, there is the entire production process.

Giorgio Galimberti, his wife, a machine to border cylinders and a bending machine. This was Cristina at the beginning. It prevalently produced shirt boxes, and all the parts were hand glued.

The following years were a continuous race towards growth: more and more specialised personnel, abandonment of the “hand made” in favour of process industrialisation, introduction of more and more complex and performing printing techniques, and new sites up to the construction in 1985 of the plant in Bodio Lomnago that is constantly being enlarged since the year 2000. What stimulates and distinguishes Cristina is a solid culture in its area of specialisation: transparent plastic folding cases. A practical and concrete culture, made of a know-how that renews itself and becomes stronger and stronger from job to job, test after test, challenge after challenge; a culture aimed at beauty, at the search for a final result of perfect aesthetics; an entrepreneurial culture aimed at supporting the company, feeding it with new and well aimed investments which give us complete management and control of all the production process phases on the premises.
