For more than two years, our quality systems are based on firm rigorous and strict methods and procedures.

Our system entails two control phases to make sure that the product is in compliance with standards: the self-control carried out by machine operators through the ticking off of a checklist, and the controls carried out by our quality system at the end of the production process and before shipment. As a further guarantee, Cristina also runs a static check on the specifications submitted by our customers or based on standard in-house procedures. Then, for each single project, we build a very honest and direct relationship with our customer: together we determine ahead of time the quality parameters that the packaging must meet and the level of tolerance to be considered in case of possible variations, and then work in full compliance with these values. The fixed parameters help our workforce to judge the job on the basis of objective criteria and autonomously discard noncompliant units. As a further form of in-house monitoring, we also use indicators on the percentage of rejects.
