Cristina and production innovation
From high frequency soft creasing to hotmelt glue... yes we can.
An innovative way of relating to machines and work processes is born from a thorough and passionate knowledge of the material.
Whenever the machines are not specially designed as per our request, they are generally designed to process paper and cardboard and are then modified and customised according to our top secret technical know-how, a technological exasperation that expands their performance, so as to reach superior quality results.
Our approach to work processes is also innovative. We do not consider them static and immutable systems, but fascinating realities to be shaped: that’s how we developed the application of hotmelt glue that has finally made it possible to glue even A-PET which is resistant to traditional solvents; that’s how we matured more than a quarter century of experience in the development of the high frequency soft crease, which few offer since it requires expensive machinery and ad hoc technology, a vital instrument for various multinationals who package their products in completely automatic lines. Cristina was among the first in Europe to offer this service, reaching inimitable quality standards at the same price and with a production capacity unequalled in all the continent.
Today we have 5 high frequency creasing lines and 2 hot creasing lines, all programmable in the continuous 24 hour a day cycle and 7 gluing lines with a weekly capacity of 102 hours each, which can be used for PET, PVC and PP. Our most qualified competition only has 2 high frequency lines and 3 gluing lines, with a production cycle organised on only 2 shifts for a total of 16 hours a day.
