Cristina The Transparent Packaging debut in the prestigious setting of Vinitaly with a new, innovative packaging concept, unprecedented on the market.
The over 40 years old experience of the company in packaging, are fully expressed by the combination of effective technical solutions, craftsmanship in the choice of graphics and printing processes, industrialization of the product.
Cristina Wine Project One aims to introduce on the market a transparent pack for a single bottle, and a multipack for two and three bottles. They shall not only be used as an extraordinary media for special offers and gift ideas at retailers, but they can also be promoted to a fine and alternative packaging to present wine bottles purchased at wine shops.
Therefore the novelty is not only in the kind of material, in the attractive look, in the shiny color reflections, but also in the target market to which it is proposed: supermarkets, wineries and distributors of packaging materials for wineries.
These boxes are designed to be used straight away in the proposed graphics, so as a generic packaging, along with all advantages in terms of costs, quantities and delivery time.
By simply sticking its own label, the customer can have a special, new, prestigious packaging, at industrial prices.
It is anyway possible, wherever bigger volumes and a own specific image are required, to customize these boxes with the own logo, with own graphics, or even with specific sizes to suite the own particular bottles.
The origin of this project is really surprising, which could match the saying “make a virtue of necessity”.
From an economical needs due to markets which are increasingly unpredictable, Cristina The Transparent Packaging has created a project which not only looks of economical value, but it is mainly made of personal values.
With the beginning of 2011, with Cristina slogan “be novelty in order to grow as an individual and to grow as a company”, a technical-commercial team has formed: 6 people worked out targets and details of the project, with a leadtime focused to launch this new range to be produced and used already for Xmas campaign 2011.
The target was fully achieved, during presentations to some primary companies in wines before Vinitaly, we found a great enthusiasm for this packaging news, by those operators who can quickly recognize products which can easily be liked by consumers.
The company is also working out new graphic proposals to be added to the existing ones.
As regards technical specs, the material is recycled and recyclable PET, chosen for the unparalleled transparency combined to the environmental care. Thicknesses range from 300 to 400 micron, in order to guarantee a proper strength of the box according to the weight of the products. Designs are all with glued crash lock bottom to guarantee fast packing times, and are facilitated by High Frequency soft crease technology. It is only Cristina The Transparent Packaging that can produce it in the Italian market, as the leader company in Europe for technology and capacity in this field.
Printings range from the simple but precious silk screen glitter of the single bottle pack (over gold, silver and red variants), to the effective reverse print 4 colours process of the other packs which uses the glossy surface of this material, while still keeping costs keen. It is possible to choose from the simple graphic for special offers, to the classy graphics for prestigious wines.
