Thanks to our experience and creativity, we are able to suggest to the customer the most appropriate process, or combination of processes, to reach the required goal.
The challenge between Cristina and silk-screening is ongoing: we have reached incredible metallic, gold and silver effects which give packaging a refined elegance; we have covered packs with glossy varnishes that make the ink’s brilliancy explode, while protecting it from scratches; we have enriched the sensorial experience of touching packaging with the braille lettering and other unexpected relief effects; we have experimented with varnishes with a particular viscosity and with powders that compose iridescent and pearly patterns on the plastic. We are presently testing new powders to reach effects never seen before.
The basic key operation is the construction of the screen. Through its thin or large weave, the ink, the pigments and the varnishes deposit colourful emotions on the plastic.
Cristina’s excellence: we invest in an accurate choice of inks, from the UV because they dry quickly, to the vinyl type in order to obtain different effects and achieve the various coverage targets.
