15 years ago no stranger entered our production departments, today multinationals want to see how we work. We have now become very open with our clients, we welcome them and we dedicate our time and qualified personnel to them: the result is a greater trust and an improved emotional and professional involvement in the project. Investing in transparency is always rewarding.
On one occasion, an American customer stayed in our plant for a whole week since he had 14 colours to approve for 8 different ranges of products. Seven days of wet proofs on 2 printing production lines and a technical-commercial team completely dedicated to him.
At Cristina there is a rule in force: the client must not say “yes it’s approved” by simply looking at a printed sheet or by imagining how his packaging will look in a shop. He must do so after having assisted the job himself and after having the completed results in his hands, that is to say a mock-up of the packaging, which we often willingly put in one of our showroom windows so that he may judge the effect and outcome, as if it were already in the point-of-sale. In addition to prototypes, upon request Cristina also provides a service for the development of a trial production, either printed or plain, for different purposes, one of the main ones being to satisfy the customer’s need to present the product in advance at a trade fair.
